How to Apply

HudsonWay Immersion School is accepting applications on a rolling basis.


The Admissions Process


Step 1: Attend an Information Session


Sign up to attend one of our virtual information sessions or virtual tours. 


Step 2: Apply to HudsonWay Immersion School


Complete the application through our online admissions & enrollment system, SchoolAdmin. Families who would like to inquire about financial aid are encouraged to visit our Financial Aid page.


Step 3: Release Records


For K-6 prospective students we require a Teacher Recommendation and Transcript from your child’s current preschool or elementary school. This form is part of the application checklist available once you submit an application.


Step 4: Schedule a Student Visit / Family Meeting


Upon receiving a completed application, the system will invite all applicants for a school visit (approximately half day for preschool, full day for K-6). We also ask that both parents schedule time for a parent meeting. Students applying for K-6 will spend time in the classroom as well as be assessed in English language arts and math. 


Step 5: Admissions Decision


The admissions committee carefully reviews each candidate before a decision is made, and each applicant will be notified of the outcome of this process via email or phone call.
